With the hair thinning away on my crown, I had to start wearing sunblock on my scalp, just to protect the skin. To me, this made it look even worse, now I had a shinny, greasy bald spot. I have been loosing the hair on top for a few years now, at least 6 years, so I finally decided to go and check out a transplant option. I was surprised to find out that they actually take a piece of skin from the back of the neck, remove the hair and then plant it on top.
